The registration fee is BRL 2,500.00 for SPE members and BRL 2,700.00 for non-members. A discount of BRL 200.00 will be applied to each category up to 30 days before the event.

Cancellations will be accepted up to 7 days after purchase, provided the request is sent at least 48 hours before the event starts.

There is no cost for participant substitutions, but they will only be accepted if the request is sent up to one week before the event begins.

SPE is a non-profit organization whose primary mission is to collect and disseminate knowledge in the petroleum industry.

Its Board of Directors and members are volunteers, and any financial results from technical events are applied to activities related to its mission, such as scholarships for students, organizing and supporting technical events related to education, and supporting technical lectures for SPE professional members.
