Lars graduated with an MsC within Petroleum Engineering and Industrial Economics from NTNU in Norway in 2002, before joining Equinor as a reservoir engineer. He has a broad experience within development of assets in all phases from exploration to production, and he has throughout his career worked in professional and leadership positions across the portfolio of Equinor within project development, operations, asset management and  business development in Norway, Angola, Brazil and Tanzania, among other. He currently holds the position as Vice President for Subsurface in Equinor Brazil, located in Rio de Janeiro

Graduated and post-graduated in Geology from Universidade Federal do Paraná. She has worked in onshore fields in the Recôncavo and exploratory blocks in the Parnaíba, Sergipe-Alagoas, and Recôncavo basins. She has been working with reservoir geology and geophysics at PRIO since 2015.

Caio is a geophysicist with a degree from the Federal University of Pará and a master’s degree in Geophysics, focusing in solving inverse problems applied to velocity model building. His passion for geology drives him to bridge the “gap” between geophysics and geological interpretation, always seeking a deeper understanding of the Earth’s complexity.
Caio has eight years of experience in the industry, with the majority of this time dedicated to seismic data inversion and interpretation. His professional journey has taken him across different geophysical landscapes, from Houston, TX, to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where he has worked on advanced imaging projects. Throughout his career, he has focused on extracting valuable geological insights from seismic data. Beyond the academic and professional world, Caio finds inspiration in nature, exploring trails and capturing landscapes through photography. Music and reading are his loyal companions, whether in a new scientific challenge or an outdoor adventure.

Cássio Pettan is a Subsurface Manager at Equinor, bringing over 15 years of activity in reservoir engineering across various fields and more recently in Roncador, where he works as secondee since 2023. He has experience in reservoir modeling, well planning, IOR, production forecasting and project development, as well leading positions within Subsurface. Cássio holds an Executive Master of Management in Energy (Norwegian BI) and a BS in Mechanical Engineering (Unicamp).

Graduated in geology from the University of Brasilia, joined Petrobras as a geophysicist, and throughout his career gained experience in 3D and 4D seismic interpretation and reservoir characterization of siliciclastic and carbonate reservoirs.

Senior Geophysicist with over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. My expertise lies in reservoir characterization, monitoring, and marine seismic acquisition, with extensive work across various regions including the North Sea, West Shetlands, West Africa, and Australia. Currently, I hold the position of Senior Geoscientist Integrator (Geophysics) for TotalEnergies Brazilian operated and OBO assets, a role I started in February 2025. Throughout my career at TotalEnergies, I have taken on various roles such as Senior Reservoir Geophysicist on the VENUS project in Namibia. I have also led numerous 4D and 3D seismic studies, feasibility studies, and seismic acquisition projects from HQ in Pau, France, and Luanda, Angola. I play tennis and love traveling and meeting new people.

Flavio is an experienced executive with more than two decades of work on different segments. He started his career with Petrobras in 2007 and soon joined the Engineering division, where his management career began. As a versatile industrial engineer, Flavio acted in a variety of departments, leading different teams in areas such as Logistics, Knowledge Management, Operation and Maintenance, Project Management, Governance and lately as Subsea Systems Executive Manager. As an entrepreneur, Flavio holds diverse business administration skills which allowed him to also play key roles in representing Petrobras’ associated companies and to act as Petrobras’ presidential advisor, reaching the whole business chain and stablishing good relationship with partners and market. Flavio´s academic career comprises of a Post Graduation in Production Engineer at Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), followed by a Master´s Degree and a MBP in the renowned COPPE Institute. Teacher, tutor and author, Flavio is always working for a better and more efficient industry future.

Prithipal began his journey in the petroleum industry in 2002, joining Shell as a graduate Petroleum Engineer. Over the years, he has embraced various roles, including Subsurface Management, Joint-Venture Governance, and leadership in the Safety & Environment function. His role prior to this was as General Manager, Sabah Asset. There he played a crucial role in the production growth of the Gumusut-Kakap and Malikai fields, the largest producing deepwater assets in Malaysia. This period under his guidance saw the asset being honored twice with Shell’s prestigious Upstream Asset of the Year award, alongside receiving several Operational Excellence accolades from Petronas.
In his present role, Prithipal oversees the BC-10 and Bijupira-Salema assets and manages the partnership in the Mero development. His academic credentials include an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska and an Executive MBA dual degree from Tsinghua University in China and INSEAD in France.

Francesco holds a master’s degree in aerospace engineering from Politecnico di Milano and has been working with Saipem for almost 20years, with experiences in various countries and different roles, from technical to management positions. At present, Francesco holds the position of global Head of Commercial, Sonsub and Subsea Technologies & Services, and he focuses on the introduction of disruptive technologies such as subsea drones, pipeline repair solutions and subsea factory, both in the offshore energy & defence segments.

Campello is a civil engineer with a master’s and PhD in offshore structures from COPPE/UFRJ, with over 28 years of experience in structural engineering. For the past 21 years, he has been working in subsea engineering, developing technologies, methods, and calculation tools for the design, qualification, and integrity assessments of flexible pipes. He is currently a professor at Petrobras University and a consultant at Petrobras R&D Center, where he coordinates the development project for digital twin technology for subsea pipes.

Alex Murteira Célem is an Electrical and Safety Engineer. He is a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management and Business Management. He has been working as an employee of Petrobras for 35 years: 28 of them in managerial positions.
